Members of the Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend an extraordinary meeting at Wethersfield Village Hall on Saturday, 12th September 2020 at 3pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:
Members of the public and press are welcome to attend the meeting.

- Apologies for Absence
- To receive member’s declarations of interest and dispensations on the item on the agenda.
Dispensations should be requested from the Clerk up to the day before the meeting.
- Public participation session with respect to items on the agenda and other matters that are of mutual interest or local concern: A maximum of 30 minutes shall be allowed for public question time and it is requested each member of the public speak for a maximum of 3 minutes.
- To review the decision to support the plans to build a village shop on the front of the village hall.
- To agree a statement to the planning committee regarding application 20/00685/FUL
