There are two survey forms to fill out for the Neighbourhood Plan:
- The Housing Needs Survey (use white form or this online link): https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/FWNP2023
- Residents Survey (with Resident Business Owner Supplement ) (use yellow form or this online link): https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/FWNPResidents23
If you use the printed forms, please return BOTH in the pre-paid envelope provided in your pack. If you can, please use the online versions instead. The deadline is December 8th.
