Wethersfield Parish Council was contacted by Environmental Health today, due to concerns raised by an anonymous member of the public regarding our physical meetings.
We are pleased to assure everyone that the officer was satisfied with our risk assessment and procedures regarding physical meetings and understood how virtual meetings has challenges in rural communities.
We are only using Wethersfield Village Hall as they meet all the current regulations and comply as a Covid-Secure space.
We will continue hold physical meetings where possible. We will also continue to reassess the situation regularly along with consulting professional bodies for full understanding of government advice.
